Shipping

• Shipping Method : All our shipments are managed through the company GLS.
• Delivery Time : Shipments take between 1 and 2 business days to arrive once the order has been processed. In Spain.
• For the European Union, shipments take between 4 and 10 business days to arrive once the order has been processed.
• Shipping Cost : Shipping costs within the Iberian Peninsula are €3.95. Orders over €60 enjoy free shipping.
• For the European Union the cost is €8.95. Orders over €120 enjoy free shipping.
• Geographic Coverage : Currently, we only ship within the European Union.

Returns

• Return Period : Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return.
• Returns Process : If you wish to return an item, please contact us using the form on our contact page. Please state your order number and the item you wish to return. We will check that the return period is within the allowed limit and, after verification, we will arrange the collection with GLS.
• Return shipping cost : The cost of return shipping will be €3.95, which will be deducted from the return amount. For Spain.
• For the European Union the return cost will be €8.95.
• Refund : Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in its original condition, with the labels and packaging intact, we will proceed to refund the purchase amount, excluding the return shipping cost.
